Last weekend was a blast. The bowl that is Spotts Park offered an ideal location for our first outdoor workout. We engaged in a couple hours of Krav Houston style Ultimate Frisbee/Football. Ultimately, if it was in the official UF rulebook, we intended to violate it, and we did. Awesome!!!!

I am told that the weather on Saturday will be: Partly sunny, with a high near 55.
Make sure you bring plenty of water and be prepared for whatever the session may throw at ya, literally and figuratively!!!
